Terms of Use
Terms of Use means the user agreement: the rules for using Turbo Lingua, what users can expect from the app and what is not allowed. Last updated: June 9, 2026.
1. Acceptance
By using Turbo Lingua, the user agrees to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree, they should not use the app or related services.
These terms apply to the Turbo Lingua app, public website, support pages and related account services.
2. What Turbo Lingua provides
Turbo Lingua provides language-learning practice, audio playback, dialogues, phrase-building exercises, pronunciation tools, theory notes, tests, review tasks and progress tracking.
The app is a learning aid. It does not guarantee fluency, exam results, employment outcomes, immigration results or official language certification.
3. Accounts
Some features may work without registration. Account registration may be required for synced progress, account recovery, support verification or future account-based features.
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through their account, unless caused by Turbo Lingua's failure to use reasonable security measures.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse Turbo Lingua, attempt to bypass security, scrape or copy protected content at scale, attack infrastructure, upload harmful files, impersonate others or use the service for illegal activity.
Users must not reverse engineer, modify, distribute cracked versions or attempt to unlock server-side features without authorization.
5. Learning content and intellectual property
The app design, text, exercises, audio organization, software, graphics and brand materials belong to Turbo Lingua or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for learning. This does not allow redistribution, resale, mass copying or creation of competing datasets from app content.
6. User submissions
When users send support messages, suggestions, bug reports, screenshots or files, they confirm they have the right to send that material and that it does not contain unnecessary sensitive information.
Turbo Lingua may use feedback and suggestions to improve the app without owing compensation, while still handling personal information under the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
Some features may rely on third-party services such as app stores, authentication providers, email providers, cloud infrastructure or operating-system speech features.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Turbo Lingua is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
8. Availability and changes
Turbo Lingua may update, add, remove or change features as the app develops. Some features may depend on device support, network access, language availability or server availability.
We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Account deletion and suspension
Users may request account deletion through the support or delete-account page. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute handling.
Turbo Lingua may suspend or limit access if an account is used to abuse the service, violate these terms or threaten the security of the app.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided for educational practice. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Turbo Lingua is provided "as is" and without warranties that every feature will meet every user need.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Contact and updates
Questions about these terms can be sent through the support page or to turbolingua.support@gmail.com. Turbo Lingua may update these terms as features, store requirements or legal obligations change.
